"Location perfect to the airport. Very helpful staff. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel, both were very good. Very nice lounge to unwind and have a drink after a travel day. Beds very comfortable! Would recommend staying here."

"The Breakfast was good, (eggs were cold) but everything else was fine. The food at the Bar (4 th floor) was terrible and also tried to get a wrap from the 5th floor restaurant 30 minutes before they closed and they couldn’t accommodate me. Therefore I got a takeaway but needed some forks , the breakfast bar charged me for 2 wooden forks. Disappointed in the food at the hotel. Otherwise the hotel is very nice 8 out 10."

"Hotel was kept clean. Well located and access to public transport in close proximity. Our booking was initially for a room with a balcony, but none was available. Instead, the staff offered a room with a bigger bed and free breakfast for each morning of our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Everything was great! The steak sandwich was incredible and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The housekeepers did such a great job cleaning my room every single day! I always had everything that I needed. "

"Breakfast is very good and staff are excellent. Room is clean but some lights are not working, also the cabinets and drawers are quite old. The hotel is close to the public transport, and it is easy to go to city centre and Sintra. Overall the stay is very pleasant and the children enjoyed it very much."

"Power outlets not safe. Very dirty and old. Staff not friendly and helpful except for 1 older staff member that helped us. Parking was not explained we were locked in and had to get to the airport. Do not stay here. Power outlet not secure and blew up my European hair dryer. Much better options out there. Extremely disappointment, especially since this is a Holiday Inn! Needs to be gutted and renovated. "
