"Overall the hotel is great, clean, friendly staff, perfect location right in the center. Walking distance to everything. The only thing I didn't like, being a VIP member we are supposed to get a room upgrade when available, but instead they tried to upsell us rooms for additional 50 euros per night, when we declined, another elderly couple arrived from Australia, and they upsold them that room for 80 euro per night. Anyways, the hotel it self is good, clean and great location."

"My wife and I have been lucky enough to travel to many places over the years and we found the Santa Justa Lisboa to be one of the best experiences we have ever had. The hotel is central to everything you could possibly want to see and visit in Lisbon with everything only a 15 minute walk away. The property, the rooms, the Elevador Restaurant (excellent cuisine) and most importantly the staff made our stay exceptional. The hotel also hosted several Fado nights which were wonderful. Huge thanks to Nadia, Nada, Daniel at the front, Christina and her staff in house keeping, Igor from the bar and Alanis and all the people at the restaurant. My apologies for anyone I left out. We will absolutely make this our home for future stays in Lisboa! THANK YOU!!"

"Nice location, clean building, cute and unique rooms, and we had a great view. The building is not the most accessible, it’s up on a steep hill from the town centre and the elevator is up some stairs. The room was tight so it was hard to get our luggage to fit since we had 2 larger suitcases. Unfortunately our suitcase didn’t fit on the shelf meant for it and the furniture is not rearrangeable otherwise it would have been better. We managed to make it work and enjoyed our stay but would be difficult for someone with mobility issues."

"This was generally a disappointment at the end of our theee week trip. The room was TINY and we paid a premium price! In fact, the current rate at the time of check in was between 135 and 170 euros and we paid 350!!! What a huge difference. I really don’t understand why my price was so high booking just 30 days earlier. For that price we should ah e gotten a pretty spectacular room but it was clearly the bottom of the tier.. We asked for a late checkout and was denied unless we paid an additional 25 euros per hour fee. Facilty was decent and staff was pleasant but again, overall a big disappointment to end our trip. :-("

"This was the best experience I’ve ever had at any hotel throughout all of my travels. The room was very clean and the hotel had every amenity needed and more. The thing that made our stay above and beyond was the staff, everyone was so kind, helpful and shared so much knowledge of Lisbon. Thank you so much for making our stay at Lisboa Pessoa so personal and comfortable. We will definitely be back!"

"This hotel was in a perfect location! I was able to walk right outside my hotel and easily get to all of the sites around Lisbon. The metro is right in front of the building too. The room was great- nice bathroom and had everything I needed (fridge, hairdryer, water, closet, A/C). I really loved that breakfast was included. The food was fresh & there was a good variety. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because it doesn’t have an elevator. I had to carry my baggage up 3 flights of stairs. They didn’t have any staff who could help me carry it down either. Also, it says online that they have an airport shuttle. However, when I inquired about it, the receptionist said the charge is €36. An Uber to the airport is €11! Not sure why they advertise that. It is not included with your room price. I would definitely stay here again though!"
