"I booked through on line. My family consisting of wife, a 22 years doughter and 13 year son came to chennai. The rececptionist age around 52, asked ID for each of the individual, I shown my Departmental ID, but he refused and asked to give other ID, so, I shown my Driving Id, My wife's driving Id, my daughter's Voters ID which saved in my mobile _its rejected by him. "Dont book with expedia.com At the time of booking, it wasn’t clear whether it was an AC or non-AC room. I booked it, and when I reached the hotel, they told me it was a non-AC room. The hotel authorities said they didn’t know what I had booked and asked me to contact the booking people. In the end, neither they nor the others were available, and since I had already paid the money, I was forced to stay in the non-AC room."

"The picture are not realistic,this hotel should be banned from expedia.I booked a deluxe room but was given another room under pretext that the previous guest is no where no be found and has not checked out.Finally after 8 long hour we got the room but to my dismay the mattress was smelly, door knob non existent.No mirror on wall broken office chair in the room fridge dont work,The problems are endless, such as mosqitoes in the room.I wish I could submit pictures here.I am asking for full refund...
