"Nearness to restaurants. Power outage during the cyclone ( not the property's fault)"

"Nice place and location is close to Church, but if you are arriving outside the regular hours don't expect any amenities available, not even bed sheets even if it's already purchased oline. There was no response from the property when contacted before arrival to let them know about the stay. "

"Close to airport, ok for a night."

"this has been rated and advertised as a four-star hotel but it is not. It is hardly a two star there is nobody at the lobby. After hours There is a cleaner/ receptionist Nepali guy who hardly speaks any English caveat emptor. No tissue paper in toilet , the room is smelly and outdated , did not feel safe "

"Here’s a 250-word, casual Google Maps–style review for Citi Luxe Hotel, Chennai: --- I stayed at **Citi Luxe Hotel** recently, and overall, I’d say it’s a decent *basic* hotel, but with a few things you should be aware of. "It is very nice place and close to the airport. "
