"Not bad for the price as the room was spacious. Reception could be improved as when I was there, there were multiple groups of people unable to check in as the reception was away with no one at the lobby or counter around. That being said, a call was made to the staff, and she eventually arrived. Following that, everything was uneventful which is good. While it was not walking distance to any malls or attractions, the location is not bad for those who drive. There were many food options...

"Breakfast was served tucked away in another building that we had to cross a carpark with construction going on to reach. Furthermore it is un-sheltered and raining so it is difficult to access and got stuck when it poured very heavy and there are no umbrellas to loan to send us back to the hotel building. No lift in the basement of the carpark. "

"I have to wait for half an hour for the 50 ringgit deposit receipt. It seems that the counter man not willing to issue receipt. I was given a room with no window like a prison cell. The hotel room tag n blanket still with the name Princetan. Apart from these 3 issues, the hotel is generally well maintained."

Worse thing hotels.com can say no refund can be given as it is non refundable and subject to the hotel approval. It was at the very same hotel which I was sitting for one hour and not allowed to go. Will I get any kind of compensation? Nothing. Nothing to appease me. Hotels.com is not the only one. I will venture out for...
