"Spacious room and clean also affordable "

"綺麗で清潔です "

"I love this hotel. They have clean rooms and very helpful staff. Next time I visit Manila, I will stay with this hotel again."

"Best Location"

"The room was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The staff made you feel at home and very helpful about restaurants, clubs and events in the hostel and surrounding areas. I was sad to leave after experiencing such excellent service. There were events daily ,rooftop bar and restaurant all in one. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Bugs crawling in the room's, ridiculous deliberate noise at all times of day and night, shops nearby were adequate, barely family friendly "

"Its cool and easy to book here "

"I love in fact the hotel! I like its style and localization! But this I was more than surprised that the beautiful roof top is not existing any more! My studio was in nothing improved to last year! No TV! No coffee downstairs! Sorry, this way you cannot run a hotel seriously!!! "

"It was comfortable. Aircon was working well. The place is safe and accessible by any type of transportation. "

"Good place to stay. "

"I have stayed at this Hotel Sogo several times and it is consistently clean and comfortable with outstanding staff. From the minute that I arrived until I departed, everyone is extremely helpful. I will be back again to stay with this wonderful property. Highly recommended and better than nearby hotels that I previously used."

"Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, accessible"

"Clean room and location is perfect"

"They have very polite staff! Building are old"

"I Do not recommend"

"Budget friendly."

"I recently stayed at Inn de Avenida and overall had a pleasant experience thanks to the incredible staff. Every member of the team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The receptionists, cleaners, and security guards all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They are a real asset to the hotel and deserve recognition for their excellent customer service. The only downside was the condition of the bathroom. The toilet had a persistent unpleasant smell...

"Clean room and nice location"

"will stay there again."
