"This hotel is an older establishment that is well-maintained. The premises are clean, and the staff are courteous and professional. The breakfast and meals offer good value for money. However, the amenities are limited, and there is no on-site parking available. Parking can be found on the street, which is monitored continuously by the hotel’s security personnel around the clock. Overall, it is a satisfactory facility. It is also recommended to inspect the bed linens, as stains were observed on the sheets during my stay. The pillows are firm and may cause discomfort, and the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy. Despite these issues, the hotel provides acceptable accommodation."

Rooms look tired and dated, definitely need to improve to make it more cozy and something to look forward to at the end of the day."

"Just so you know that I was told on my way out (check out) that there was a stain on the sheets, unfortunately it was already stained when we got in, the only thing was I didn’t call it in to let you guys know right away. We just didn’t used it. So, please double check your housekeeper and make sure that everything’s okay before they offer the room to your guest. Thank you! I still left them with some tips.😊"

"I booked a King bed room and fully paid. They only inform me that King bed was unavailable upon check-in and gave a room with Twin bed. This happened to my friends too. Totally unprofessional."

"This hotel is connected to an amusement park, so if you are looking for solitude…this is not the place. In addition, one elevator was in operation so there is along wait. So many amenities were not working. Room service - not available. Hotel bar - not available. Limited restaurant eating options. Valet for luggage pick up took over 15 minutes. Cannot charge food to room - due to computer issues."
