"The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating! With the property so close to the timeline between eastern and central, possibly list it's time zone. We arrived an hour early for check in after driving a very long time. The staff tried to find us another room, but it wasn't possible with our needs. The exterior of the building was not great, but that didn't affect the stay, weeds and broken building parts, nasty ashtray on top of the garbage can right outside the front door."

"Our stay was to be close to Indianapolis for the Solar Eclipse. Motel was clean room was comfortable. Property was well kept. It is a motel, family ran, not the Waldorf Astoria but very nice for the money. Staff was courteous and accommodating."

This last stay, in November was different and all related to the temperature of the room. The temp is controlled by the Nest system under lock and key. We were hot, uncomfortable sleeping hot. "listen it's no five star motel but if you're looking for somewhere cheap and good enough this is your place! I would've given it another star if it didn't have a whole bunch of splatter marks from drinks all over the walls. and the air conditioning somehow only worked some of the time. Room gets warm and stuffy"

Mattress and box spring on floor, security chain broken off, dead bolt does not engage, no peephole, no chair of any kind to even wedge under doorknob. Want a refund!"
