"Very friendly staff, clean room"

"The hotel itself is basic but clean. Amazing views of the sea. Great location opposite the beach. Communication for check in was poor, as nobody there for arrival, wasn't briefed about breakfast and it being in the cafe at the end of the street. WiFi charge was 10 euros but said 7 in the rooms. The stay was made great due to the views and location. "

"This property is within Old Town Rhodes with a gorgeous view from the roof top. There is a great little courtyard as well. My room was very spacious and very clean. The owners are wonderful people and willing to help make your stay great. Everything is walkable from the resort. Easy bus ride to the airport if you don’t want to take a taxi. "

"The room is quite small. The bathroom floor is permanently wet from the shower. Our room overlooked the street which was a bit noisy due to nearby bars and restaurants and the massive building site which was the Mitsis Grand Hotel. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast never varied but was adequate. On arrival I was told that I had to pay €36 tax. I thought this excessive for 3 nights. I was told to consult the manager later about it. When I did he said I had nothing to complain about...
