"This was a lovely relaxing stay in a spacious clean room with a partial view over Lake Maggiore. The beds were comfortable, the room was quiet and restful. The breakfast was good value. The staff were lovely, and the hotel was generally kept in good condition and is situated in a great location just up from the railway station. The included Ticino card was great for local travel. "We loved our stay here. The staff are so friendly, and we had everything needed in our stay to be perfectly comfortable. The food options are great too - we had dinner here twice during our stay. The views from the bar and quaint outdoor restaurant seating area are spectacular."
"What a gem of a place! It's run by two folks who clearly put a lot of care, attention, and hospitality knowledge into the experience. I loved the location which was across from a bus stop that runs right into town, next to a grocery store, and within short walking distance of the lovely Ascona waterfront. It was also a good location for morning runs. The breakfast was good and while I didn't try the restaurant, it had lively crowds and the food looked delicious. Highly recommend!"
