"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

"Beautiful house with an amazing view. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Loved our time at this property. We had 14 people and it worked out great. Location so close to the lake was fabulous and we could easily get to the ferry and train stations. Host David was fabulous and always available. Going to Bellagio and Varenna and Mennagio was great since there are no lines at Colico and it is quiet, peaceful and away from tourists at this property. I would recommend and would go back again to this property. Grass area was great for our grandkids to play on and hot tub...

"The villa was very beautiful, was easy to get to and from varenna. Communication with the host was super easy and she was super lovely. There were quite a few stairs to the top tho!"

"Fantastic house in a great location. The check-in was easy and on time. The landlord was available via message and always replied promptly. Would definitely recommend this house, we enjoyed it a lot!"

"Cinzia was a gracious hostess, attending to our every need. She drove us to town to shop . Home is magnificent, view is spectacular. We travel frequently and I highly recommend this property."

"Beautiful views, amazing hosts, easy parking for a large van, and a unique walk down to town. "
