"The hotel itself was okay, appeared recently renovated. again...no elevator so I had to lug suitcases up stairs...not easy if you have bad knees and no one there to assist. Not far from the river, and as you moved closer it seemed to be more visitor friendly. Did not feel safe around the hotel (which by the way does not look like the picture on expedia...no flowers, no awnings)...I was not sure I was at the correct place. Parking was available across the street from the hotel, but it was...
