"Basic hotel as the name implies but lovely staff. Walkable into the city. Slight problem as Expedia didn’t charge me enough for the hotel but I will be taking that up with them. Staff did their best to sort out the mistake when we arrived . "

"Oh my word!!! Some of the loveliest staff and friendly Locals you will ever meet. We had a vehicle problem. If we had needed to, the Hotel was happy to keep it safe for us until we had it collected days later. Restaurant food was outstanding, starter was the best I have eaten this Holiday. Cafe area was warm and welcoming. Just a perfect stay in a lovely town. Thank you "

"Comfortable hotel with pleasant welcome at reception. Rooms very clean and comfortable although rather small, with very small shower-room - very difficult to shower without flooding the room. Pleasant restaurant - very good food and service."
