This is the 'Devils Hole' St Mary in Jersey, it was named such after a shipwrecks figurehead which looked like a devil ended up at the bottom of the hole. During the 1900's replica Devils were made and placed in hole. You have to walk down a number of winding paths and steps but at the viewing platforms you get a great view of the Jersey coastline.
