Staff were always friendly and helpful, even before my trip when they offered assurances that all was fine in the local area due to wildfires elsewhere on the island that had impacted other trips around the time mine was taking place. "From start to finish everything was perfect . Free Wi-Fi, free safe and rooms cleaned everyday . Nothing was too much trouble . Mr Costas the owners elderly father in law insisted on taking us to Rhodes Town when we was having trouble getting a taxi . The cleaner was always bright and cheery and always stopped to ask if you was ok and needed anything . Plenty of quality sun beds with cushions. Towels also provided which was an added bonus . All in all PERFECT "

"This property double booked our room. We were not able to stay there yet we paid expedia on line in advance They have no explaination and we’re not honest in their explaination. "Do not book this property! Booked this in November as it was near our actual hotel & this was to have a room on out final day as we had late flights! Got there at check in only to be told in very poor English they had doubled booked - they sent us in a taxi to a hotel they told us was 2,mins away! When we finally arrived it took us 45 mins to walk back to our hotel & the hotel room was not any better than a hostel! Very disappointed - we should have been told before hand! "
