"Had a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. "We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included). The food was great, a good selection for everyone even fussy eaters, we loved...

"It's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests.
We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times."

"We enjoyed our stay at this charming, quiet hotel nestled in a village-like setting with lovely gardens and a small river flowing by the main restaurant. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and eager to assist. While the main restaurant offered a limited menu, the à la carte options more than made up for it with excellent service and delicious food. The beach was pleasant, and the hotel events, especially the traditional folklore night, were enjoyable.
However, the room cleanliness was disappointing—dust remained on light switches and floors, the towel rack was oxidized, and the toilet splashed water when flushed, despite daily cleaning. Overall, a lovely location with great hospitality but room for improvement in housekeeping."
"Stated for a chilled out bank holiday weekend and it was perfect.. not very big which was exactly what we wanted. It has a really good pool but it’s set right on the beach which is sandy and looks on to the bay when the sea is calm and brilliant for snorkelling…. Best thing about the hotel is the staff…. All of them are really pleasant and helpful and Kevin, who is stationed on the beach to get drinks is an absolute star…. “Everyone should have a Kevin”"
