"The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great."

Only after I showed them my confirmed booking did the receptionist stop trying to make me pay for one of their two remaining expensive rooms and referred to a superior. The place is expensive for its condition, by Guatemalan standards, but OK if you tell yourself you are supporting orphans. (The place is run by an outfit supporting orphans.)
