The person told me that the apartment wasn't available but said they will help me find accommodation and urged me to get refund from Expedia as the new place wanted cash. "Stay was ok. Room was clean. A cleaning bucket with mop, broom and rag was left inside the room. No one cleaned the room while we were there. A lack of communication with us . Having to check in across the street and leave car parked a bit away was a hassle. Checking out and having to cross the busy street with lugging your stuff not ideal. A check out office should be incorporated into that building. "
