This time they gave my room away and gave me a different room smelling of cigarettes. They need an IT person to fix their computers so that customers won't be treated like this. The plumbing is poor, doesn't flush properly, and the the sewer smell emanates from the drains."

"The surrounding of the hotel is dirty with too much garbage (not the property's fault). But inside the property is okay. The airport shuttle is actually a taxi the receptionist calls for you. The location is good since SM Clark, restaurants, drug store, variety store, and internet cafe are all closeby."
