"The property is average. They won't provide hot water after 9 am and they just want to make money so they'll charge you 100 for one time. The staff service guy didn't even picked up the luggage while checking out. Overall poor service. "

"This property has an excellent view of nearby tea plantation, has good parking space once we drove up the steep ramp. However, the rooms were not ready even 2 hours after the scheduled arrival time. The staff were cleaning rooms; with beds from multiple rooms in corridors; unclean bathrooms, broken bathroom door. Overall, it felt like not managed by professionals."

"Fraud cheater ..!! i have booked RK WHITE CASTLE for 15th august -17th august. when i went there . no hotel found there. management has sold their hotel building to others. still they are taking reservations. they are fraud. i have to go another hotel for stay and paid more money.pls arrange refund for me and pls remove this hotel from your booking list as it is no more at current location"

"The V Grand in Ooty turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. The mountain view from our room was absolutely stunning, just like in the pictures. The room had every essential — a water purifier, hot water, and a kettle — and everything was spotless. The recliner was a nice touch, making the room even more comfortable.
