"You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."

"The facility is clean, close to Tochigi station and Kuranomachi Promenade river walk. I was assigned to the room next to the smoking room but the staff helped me to transfer to other room. "

"This is a very no frills hotel. Very basic but they do it well. You have what you need at a budget price point. Was able to accommodate my family of 4 in 1 room, which is hard to find in Tokyo at this price. Friendly and helpful staff. On site laundry. Clean rooms. Very close to Akabane station. Would stay again. "

"This is a very unique, spa-hotel with amazing things to discover! We had a great time! I will prefix this by saying that if you want a tradition hotel, this might not be for you. Our room was small but comfortable, the bed reminded me more of a ryokan than a western hotel with a small sink and toilet. The shower stations and onsen are where you can bathe, shave and dry your hair. This is a communal onsen. I did wish the towels were newer but overall it didn’t really bother me. "The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. The room cannot be used between 10am and 3pm if you want it to be cleaned, which was a major inconvenience forme."
