Downside would be the 2 shared bathrooms, although you hardly notice that other people are staying there and using them, and they were cleaned multiple times a day. Sadly there was also no access to a fridge, but this allowed us...

"Really comfy, clean room but a few oddities - no door on the bathroom which is fine for a solo traveller but maybe not ideal for couples, front door lock broke and wasn’t fixed until the following day (was removed completely!), nespresso machine broke and was removed. Shower was good but wet room style. I was on the ground floor so a bit noisy. Just something to be aware of. Staff were very helpful."

"Be careful before you book about the check - in and check - out time because it is very unusual which is 4pm and 10am, when you are inn make sure to lock the door from inside as maybe the owner open the door and invade your privacy, plus is not sure to find place at the parking, plus the AC water drips inside the bedroom, and finally we asked to have queen or king bed and we got 2 small twins beds on wheels which kept moving all night. "
