"Check in was slow, Staff had a hard time getting keys to work, first room they gave us was already occupied, second and third rooms the keys would not work. finally settled in fourth room which was not the layout we requested. Staff were helpfull, not their fault. Breakfasts were good."

"Stay 2 nights with 2 grandsons ( 4 & 6 yrs). Room had 2 double beds on first floor. Easy walk to pool and playground. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Had a fridge and microwave. Short drive to the center of North Conway and Mt Cranmore."

"Our house keeping gentleman was very amazing. Very humble. Seriously he deserves a raise. Very hard to get good help. We stay at hotels all the time and my ratings are used wisely. I get it an excellent and it’s really for the house keeper. "

"This hotel is great! From the moment we checked in the staff was really helpful and nice. The room was also clean and comfortable. The big hits, of course were the small water park and the daily breakfast. My kids had so much fun in the water and it was never really overcrowded. The daily breakfast had many options to choose from and the kids actually ate. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Great place for a couple of nights in N. Conway. Everything close by- Diana’s Baths, Echo Lake, good restaurants, outlets. Motel is basic but has a fridge with a real freezer!! Very clean. Nothing lacking. We enjoyed it! "

"Front desk staff not very friendly and welcoming upon arrival but improved in time. Seems as though they are actively making updates to the facility. Small arcade room and lounge room with Tv, games and pool table were a nice addition the kids enjoyed"
