"I’ve been here numerous times over the past few years and have always loved everything about it. However, on this trip, I discovered that we had access to the amenities at their two sister properties, including an indoor pool and two outdoor pools. The other hotels are the Christmas farm inn and Whitney inn at the base of black mountain ski resort. We’ve eaten at both hotels too and we heartily recommend them. "Average lodge in Jackson. Lot was clear of snow and ice. Minimal interaction with staff. Easy check in/out. Room was poorly cleaned prior to arrival (left over hair in shower, ?dirt stains on comforter). Hot water heater is set very high, be careful, especially with children, it could easily burn you. "

"We missed the hot tub. The breakfast was really outstanding, as was the staff. Just a note; we stayed on the third floor and it took a while for the hot water to get up to the shower."
