"My staying was good, unfortunately the heat air-conditioned was not working so we catch cold, axtra blanket serve us little bit. No TV was turn off for us."

"Not so good as they didn't even accommodate us. They indicated that they don't use Hotels for bookings. I stated arguing even after showing them proof of payment they just refused to accommodate us. I will appreciate to be refunded as I experienced such experience for the first time in my life. "
