"Everything was on point but the pool wasnt open, there were alot of other options for motels to stay in. We've been in the area before and stayed at a different motel but we chose this one for the outside pool and again it wasnt open so that there was a deal breaker. We still made the best of it but it would off been nice to let us know (before booking) that the pool was out of servide"

"Great service at the front desk around the clock! Huge bonus that they offer a shuttle to Mohegan. We used that service and it was great. We had a wheelchair accessible room and it was perfect for us. The bathroom was huge and very easy to navigate both the toilet and shower in a chair. "

"We have stayed here in the past and had a great experience. The only complaint that I had this time was lack of towels and there was zero pressure in the shower! Not a huge issue but more of an annoyance! We will prob stay again. Cute place and great location! Next time we will request more towels upon check in!"

"Was definitely clean, just needed some updates to the property. No major issues with the stay. Keycards didn’t work at some point, but they fixed the issue immediately. "

"We only stayed for one night as a stopover but will definitely stay here again while in Mystic. The rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. The indoor pool was an added bonus as the weather outside was cold and dreary."

"We were there because my grandson had a baseball tournament in the area. Did not realize that there were so many teams there. There were kids running in the halls till 11:30 at night. A team that won a championship brought a cooler with alcohol to the pool. They left trash, beer bottles and unfinished food all around the pool. They also played loud music in the pool area till 9 PM. Also there was never any towels at the pool and when asked they only brought a few or said there were no more...
