"Property location was right on the beach which was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful, served to you, with a number of selections in addition to only 1 egg option which changed daily. Room was clean but dated. Kitchenette consisted of a small bar fridge and 2 cooking elements. A microwave would have been great. Bathroom amenities were minimal - a tiny piece of soap and an all purpose shampoo/shower gel. Better quality and more would have been nice. No issue with shower pressure. A little confused...
"I have so many wonderful things to say about this property. Georgina what a beautiful soul she is she is so welcoming went out of her way to help us any way she could. I will stay there for many years to come . The location is the best , you cannot find a better location with an amazing swimming pool and the ocean just a few steps away from there. I’ve been coming to Crete the last 12 years a month at a time , if you’re looking to stay in a hotel that has all the amenities in the rooms do not...
"*Add photos of the balcony, room, and living area. Traveling from USA. We got the queen size bed standard room.*
HOSPITALITY: Our flight to Crete flew in at 5am. I knew going into it I’d have to wait for check in. The hotel did a great job at reaching out to me prior to landing and communicating with me. They did everything they could to accommodate this early arrival which we appreciated very much. I got in my room around 9:30AM. The man at the front desk was very helpful with getting us taxis...
"This place is a gem. The owner made us feel like we were at home. Greeted us with a smile every morning, and shots and cake in the afternoon. I felt like I was at home stay here. 2 female travelers- we felt safe and the hospitality was exceptional."
