"Amazing property and home!! This was our favorite of everywhere we stayed in Greece as a group of nine. The house was huge and spacious, comfortable, and clean. The property it was stunning and so peaceful. We spent every night eating at the outdoor dining set up and stargazing (so many shooting stars). The host was so generous and helpful in check in and giving us recommendations. I would love to come back"

"Great location. House is 3 bedrooms with 2 baths. Very quiet neighborhood up the hill yet close to Chania old town/Venetian harbor by car. Also close to airport. House is very clean. The view of the sea is amazing with 3 balconies (2 facing the sea). You can enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning without any disturbances. Kitchen is fully equipped, but we only used the kettle and nespresso machine. Host, very responsive and replies within mins to any questions you might have. Great stay"

"Was a pleasure to stay at this hotel during our 5 night stay! The hotel is very close to the old town/harbor where all the action takes place. There there are tons of shops, restaurants and boats to chose from. Next to the hotel is a Hilton property with a great restaurant on the the roof from from where we saw a great sunset one night. The staff of the Samarian are excellent. Always smiling and willing to help you, we had an issue with our iron. When I brought this up it was quickly replaced with a much better one. The food they serve is also very good. We had an excellent beet salad, sandwich and pasta dish. The bourbon and whiskey section they have is also very special. The breakfast that was included in the room rate was served at a nice location (near the pool) had a great variety and was also excellent. I will remember the smiling staff for a long time!"
