"Amazing property and home!! This was our favorite of everywhere we stayed in Greece as a group of nine. The house was huge and spacious, comfortable, and clean. The property it was stunning and so peaceful. We spent every night eating at the outdoor dining set up and stargazing (so many shooting stars). The host was so generous and helpful in check in and giving us recommendations. I would love to come back"

Le cottage est équipé correctement mais pourrait être mieux équipé au niveau cuisine surtout.Celui que nous avions réservé était bloqué à cause d'odeurs de cuisine des anciens vacanciers. Dommage car il était plus à l'ombre des grands arbres et donc certainement plus frais que celui de devant. "A fabulous resort in Crete, positioned on a beautiful bay west of Chania. Three fabulous pools are complemented by a peaceful beach perfect for a dip. Our room was beautifully presented with a large balcony which got the sun all afternoon. The staff were friendly and always helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was the buffet of dreams, we always ate early and there was always lots to choose from."

"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Galini Palace Resort Hotel. The overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful throughout, as the hotel is located in a quiet area away from the main tourist crowds. The Highlights: The absolute star of the hotel is the pool area - it is large, beautiful, crystal clear, and offers great view of the sea. The staff were also extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food variety in the dining room was impressive, and while not every dish was to our personal taste, we always found plenty to enjoy. Areas for Improvement: There were a few minor issues that kept this from being a true 5-star experience: Pool Hours: The pool hours are quite limited (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM). We felt it would be much better if it opened earlier and stayed open later in the evening, especially during the long summer days. Room Amenities: For a 5-star hotel, we expected more luxury touches. For example there were no bathrobes, and it was disappointing to be charged an extra daily fee to use the room safe. Maintenance & Cleanliness: The showerhead in our room was completely clogged. Also, there was a strange, strong smell of cleaning products in the hallway outside our room, which wasn't very pleasant. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful setting. With a little more attention to the small details and operating hours, it would be perfect."
