EXCELLENT!! I can say enough good things about this hotel. Spotlessly clean and everyone that worked there were amazing! The apt was cleaned every day and that included mopping the entire apt. They were incredibly accomodating when we needed early breaksfast. the hospitality was top notch.
The only thing I would suggest is to leave a squeegie in each bathroom as it would help with the water on the floor from the shower.
Highly recommend! Such lovely people and a beautiful place.

Short but sweet stay at this beautiful apart-hotel. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants, a great pool, a ton of space for a small family in the 2-bedroom unit, and the most amazing breakfast.

This hotel has a high rating for a reason.
Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear.

The Kriti hotel was a great and clean hotel!!! Great location!! From the front of the hotel - you can see the water. And it's half a mile from the Chania lighthouse. The breakfast was lovely. We were heading out early and the staff let us grab some breakfast while they setting up breakfast. Def recommend!!
