"We stayed at Portou House for 5 nights and had an excellent time. Very good location in Chania Old Town. Communication was great from start to finish with Julia being very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a bottle of wine for my Partner’s birthday which was a nice touch. The only feedback we would have is that there was no full length mirror - think it would be good to consider including in the rooms. Many thanks Julia and team at Portou House. "

"Excellent time staying at these apartments! A quiet, lovely beach is right outside the property which was perfect for us. The gardens and the property as a whole is very well kept. Konstantinos was great, answered all our questions and the check-in/check-out was very easy. WiFi was a bit patchy sometimes, but no issues after restarting the router.
