"Le village de l'hôtel est très bien indiqué avec les panneaux, l'accueil est chaleureux et le personnel est disponible à toute heure. La petite fiche explicatives avec les horaires de chaque endroit de l'hôtel (petite boutique, bar de la piscine, parc aquatique, restaurants) en français est vraiment la touche très appréciée.
La vue de l'hôtel est incroyablement belle, le restaurant buffet de l'hôtel est très diversifié et excellent !
L'appartement à été très bien entretenu, le ménage est fait...
"Rooms were spacious, clean and had beautiful views of Chania! The breakfast buffet was a real highlight with the range of food and the staff were so helpful. Great facilities such as onsite car rental and gym. Great free shuttle which helped us a lot.
At times there was a lot of noise coming from the upstairs restaurant which wouldn’t stop until 12am. Rooms could’ve been soundproofed."
"The room and grounds are very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is still undergoing renovation regarding lighting so our room was all or nothing with lights. It was a little noisy in the morning as there is not much materials to absorb sound but not really a big deal. The person at the front desk was amazing. So helpful in booking a tour for us and also providing recommendation on things to see. The beach is a touch rocky in front the hotel area, but we were still able to get in...
"Perfect stay with my daughter for few days. Staff are so friendly and helpful all the time. Can’t fault the whole experience. The only thing I’d pick on was the smell in the toilet in our room, it’s probably due to the sewage system. The stafff came to attend and fix the smell every time we raise the issue.
It’s really been a great escape ."
"Das Hotel war super gelegen und hat es dort sehr gefallen da wir eine gute Lage für Ausflüge haben wollten und dafür war es perfekt. Man kann sich vor Ort einen Quad mieten und in nur 30 min an Balos Beach hinfahren. Auch mit dem Auto kann man in nur einer Stunde zum Elafonissi Beach hinfahren, und die Fahrt dort hin ist schon ein Erlebnis wenn man die längere Strecke in Kauf nimmt. Das war bisher der schönste Strand den wir je gesehen haben.
Frühstück im Hotel war ausreichend und am Pool hat...

"We had an amazing stay at Erato. The flat was in good condition and clean! All the employees were kind and helpful. We had cleaning service everyday. The hotel is located just in front of the beach. Perfect location. The pool area is amazing as well. We also had a parking spot. Everything was perfect and we couldn't expect anything better. Give a 10/10 for the amenities and staff as well. Will come back definitely!"
