"Quite unique and interesting villa in a quaint little village worth the drive but the grounds around the villa are not looked after at all, the pond with goldfish in it was green and not working, the other pond was even worse. Very limited kitchen facilities, clothes washer and dishwasher smelled moldy, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The Dog next door barked a lot all hours of the day and night. "Rooms were clean. Staff were nice- but super slow service during the day at the beach bar restaurant. The breakfast was good! Lots of variety of foods and they had a gluten free designated toaster and bread which was amazing for us. Amazing gluten free desserts and good juice variety! Grounds were well kept ! Bridge connecting two parts of the property had a nice view as well. We would recommend this resort."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The location is beautiful, nestled into the mountains and a short drive to Samaria Gorge and the White Mountains. There is an incredibly sweet local/rural vibe that feels very safe to walk around and see the local goats and sheep. The breakfast and meals here are incredible, some of the best meals I had in Crete. The rooms are basic but very clean."

"It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach. A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room. The location is also very convenient—just a short taxi or bus ride from Platania, with many restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!"

"The one bed suite was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of sun loungers and tables outside including own chairs directly outside room. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Short walk via hill into town. Ideal place for exploring hiking trails and Platanias. No shop or restaurant on site but plenty in local area so not an issue. Pool a decent size and well maintained. Great view."
