"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa itself is stunning and extremely well looked after, with housekeeping and pool maintenance twice a week. The owners are exceptional hosts - the house was fully stocked with everything we needed (and more) and we were treated with gifts of bread, pastries and cookies from their bakery during our stay - a real treat. The surrounding area is very quiet but with a local restaurant, supermarket and the owners’ bakery within walking distance...

"Momentum was a wonderful launchpad for our Cretan adventures. Close to everything but not IN everything. Lots of nice places to walk nearby. The next village over hosts “Kaneba” the best taverna on the island in our opinion. Momentum has everything you need and nothing you don’t. It’s a simple place to relax and unwind without adding stress and clutter to your vacation. "

"La villa si trova in aperta campagna ed è un angolo di paradiso. Tutto era molto curato, la pulizia era perfetta ed abbiamo trovato qualunque cosa fosse necessaria in un appartamento. Infine abbiamo molto apprezzato la gentilezza del nostro host e gli omaggi al nostro arrivo (frutta fresca, olio, vino, miele, dolci, raki). Abbiamo trascorso un periodo stupendo compresi bagni in piscina, barbecue e colazione nella pace e tranquillità. Noi la consigliamo 😊"

"House extremely clean and comfortable. Lovely village location with friendly locals. Fabulous taverna within 5 mins walk. Well positioned for trips to beach (Falasarna superb) and mountains for walking. Lots of cultural attractions close by and Hania well worth a visit. Delightful 2 weeks and would return to explore further. Things to improve house would be microwave, toaster and a few more knives for chopping vegetables, slicing bread etc but very minor concerns in the overall experience.Thanks...

"Maison assez spacieuse mais pour un couple avec 3 enfants grand maximum! Prestation pas à la hauteur du prix beaucoup trop cher ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils cependant la maison est vieillotte et le quartier sans intérêt très loin de la canee … pour ce prix on s’attend à d’autres prestations"

"We spent a wonderful week at Villa Marilena, with its breathtaking views of sea, hills and mountains. The pool is excellent and although this beginning of June wasn’t very hot, we still could enjoy it everyday. There is plenty of natural light in this house and I especially loved George’s fresh roses waiting for us. It really feels like home. The area around is very quiet and Kolymbari is such a sweet little port. We absolutely loved our stay and I’ll put a 5 star review. We are very grateful...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The appartment had all te comforts and was situated in an orange grove. So don't mind about your vitamine C. The village is authentic and a nice place to stay with a small supermarket and bakery around the corner. Only five minutes away is the botanic garden and the two awesome gorges and mountain tail withe breathtaking views to have a sturdy walk. When it's hot, the beach is only 20 minutes by car."

"Exzellente Gastgeber, Vermieterin spricht fließend deutsch, das Ferienhaus ist sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat eine unbeschreibliche Atmosphäre mit liebevollen Details im Haus und Garten. Für Urlauber in Westkreta ist das Haus nur zu empfehlen. In ein paar Minuten hat man die Schnellstraße erreicht, und von da aus sind alle Ziele der Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Flughafen Chania ist ca. 30 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen."
