"Front desk day time staff was incredibly rude and not helpful in the least. Check in is 3:00, our room wasn’t ready until 5:15 and only after we asked if there was a room ready. You had to wear your shoes in the room because the floor was so dirty. Shower curtain had mold all along the bottom. Dust balls everywhere. The Imperial was a horrible experience."

"Staff is great. Enjoyed my stay. They were renovating while I stayed there. Will be even better once that is completed, which shouldn’t be too much longer after the date this review is posted."

"Older building, could use some refurbishing. That said, the bed was clean and comfortable, the room was quiet. Breakfast was excellent, as good as some restaurants. Cost was reasonable (especially given that it was the start of the Balloon Festival). Location is awesome -- easy walk to Old Town, Biopark, Rio Grande greenway."

"Clean and quiet"

"Quick check in. Hotel and room were clean and in a safe area."
