"Staying at Tanah Gajah in Ubud was an absolute highlight of our time in Bali. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were blown away by the level of care and hospitality.
The staff here are truly extraordinary. Every single team member made us feel genuinely welcomed, greeting us by name every day and anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether we needed recommendations, help with logistics, or just a quick chat about our plans, everyone was incredibly warm, attentive,...
"We had a family room with lagoon access. It worked well for us and really liked the lagoon pool.
Staff were helpful in making up for an early booking error.
Our kids really enjoyed the pools, didn't get to try the kids club.
Had to get used to the credit system of prepaying our account but was okay.
Overall this was a really easy stay, close to mall, restaurants and waterbom, good inhouse facilities.
A little pricey for food and drink in-house but it's all a trade-off. If traveling with kids,...
"Situation de l'hotel ,le personnel gentil, souriant, au petits soins pour les clients de l'hotel serviable et très professionel.
Infrastructure et services réellement 5*.
Je recommande chaudement la Réseve ( Adults Only) où vous êtes au calme, près de la plage, et où le service est encore plus exceptionnel ( Repas à la carte du petit déjeuner au repas du soir. Etc.
Pour info : les européens qui penseraient que le mois d'octobre est un mois où l'on n'y a pas"
"If you plan to stay here, just know that this particular area uses local taxi which are more expensive than Grab. The local taxis charge surcharges. You have to walk about 10-15 mins down the road before you can get a Grab Taxi. Do not stay here if you want to pay for expensive local taxis. Also the staff here do not communicate well with each other. My stay was fine up until their lack of communication. Would not stay here again."
