"The reception at the casa looked like something straight out of a horror movie—an old chandelier, eerie vibes, and a creepy atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The pool wasn’t even functional, and the bathroom mirror somehow made it feel even scarier. I trusted my gut and moved to a different hotel because I just couldn’t shake the creepy feeling. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a single cent back—zero refund. Sometimes, peace of mind is worth more than the money."

"One of the best vacation stays I’ve ever had. Property: villas are just as beautiful as the pictures show. All amenities top notch and has everything you’ll need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Staff: truly the best part of the experience. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I need. They were always friendly, greeted me by name, delivered delicious breakfast on time every morning to my villa, always made sure pool walkway lights and air conditioning...

"Despite being told by Hotels.com that the featured photos were up to date ( Jan 2026 is was told ) it was obvious upon arrival that they were not. Several aspects of the Villa had changed although the overall image was similar, however this location needs some attention. Even the front entrance doors do not open as shown, and the entry curtain has been removed, as had the doors that hid the kitchen area. "Excellent location, close to some amazing restaurants. Staff were lovely and easy to contact. "

"The pictures are from a different hotel. I was scammed. As soon as I booked, I got a message from the renter and he said he will pick me up or to call him when I am in the way. He gave my taxi directions to some hotel. I was already sketchy because the location on the map on thai website is not where the hotel is. Actually, the map on this location has no hotels in it which is why I was surprised. "
