"Overall a really lovely hotel! Only a couple of things that were average … breakfast option was quite limited, especially for a 5 star hotel. Towels need to be changed - although clean, they were fairly old. Lastly, really wish the rooms had smart TVs! I was unfortunately sick for 2 days and unable to leave my room. Really wished I had the ability to stream / use Netflix and the like! "

"I stayed at The Haven for 2 weeks in May. The team (Surya, Stefany, Jeffri - only some of the amazing staff) were always welcoming and helpful. Staff always greeted with a smile. I had spent 4 hours looking for accommodation prior to going to Bali - and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice. I initially had only 2 nights booked - but ended up staying for around 12 nights in total. So convenient to everything - quick walk to beach - supermarket just down the road - ATM across the street. Great pools and atmosphere and a lovely breakfast every morning - thank you to the Team at The Haven for making my first solo trip feel safe and comfortable."
