Excellent and friendly staff, they could not do more to be helpful. Spacious room, well appointed. Fine dining at 8:30 pm is a set menu, very well prepared and presented. Fine wines available. Be aware, the property can be difficult to locate on GPS. Nearest landmark is Casa Marcos restaurant, which is near the waterfalls. Once there, go South and their road is marked, to the right. Highly recommended when visting the waterfalls and castles in the area.

Two of our friends were with us and needed twin beds in the studio unit. The management said it depends on availability for twin beds. We needed to switch our friends to the standard bungalow since it had a sofa bed in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. Great apartment, enjoyed it! new, after repair, with a stylish interior, it is a pity that I didn’t stay for a longer period! Benidorm itself - the city is noisy and cheerful, is divided into two parts, the hotel is in a quieter place, parties avoid it by side and in the rooms were pretty quiet, it was important for me cause i was with the small children. Definitely, I recommend to visit this hotel))

The place has stunning views, check-in was effortless, the unit was immaculately clean, situated in a wonderful quiet area, near restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and a private hospital.
No one goes on vacation expecting to become ill; but this was the case of one of our party members the management office was incredibly helpful in accommodating my family for a couple of extra days which helped us to focus on the medical situation.
