"Pros: En general la casa nos ha encantado. El propietario es Alemán y la persona de contacto Mili nos atendió de primera. Ubicación muy tranquila, la piscina fantástica en relación calidad/precio para este tipo de alojamiento. La orientación solar de 10, para el que quiera tostarse al sol por las mañanas en la piscina y por la tarde la propia casa protege con zonas de sombra. La parrilla ha sido mi cocina realmente, situada en planta primera, muy bien instalada con una encimera generosa y grifo...

"Pros: The villa was is good condition. Masterbed room great space. The other 2 rooms were fine but the shower space was good only the space for the WC/ toilets was a bid narrow. But overall it was okay. What we really missed was a welcome map. What to do ifyou needed a doctor or dentist.places of interest, restaurants . This should be a must!!!!!!"

Melissa was excellent in welcoming us and being so responsive to questions and requests as well as sharing her personal recommendations for the area. "Benimarco is ideal for a family. The large swimming pool was in constant use, especially by the children. Facilities were plentiful. The dishwasher was being emptied when we arrived, but frankly the crockery and cutlery were not clean and cleaning staff were not prepared to do anything. All had to be hand washed before use - Shame as everything else was great."

"Pros: This was one of the best equipped villas we have ever rented. Outside space was superb, especially for the children. Mountain views and sunsets brilliant. The owners were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended."

"Pros: The pool was huge and there were so many different places to explore within the property. The beds were amazing and the bathrooms were clean and a really good size. Everything was incredibly private too. Cons: I would recommend getting a rental car if you’re staying for a long period. We walked into town most days, but the roads are a bit dangerous to walk back on at night. Taxis are easy to get by the sea though!"

"Overall the holiday was great and we all had a great time. However there are some issues that really need addressing. The cleanliness of the pool is a massive issue. Many of the chairs in the property were broken. The door keys to the property were not satisfactory either."

"Great location - less than 10 min drive to Arenal beach. Villa was lovely. Beds nice and Showers were good and villa was very comfortable. All on one level so easy for me as have walking mobility issue. Large pool and outside seating area was lovely.Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Javea. "
