"Malísima atención , no hay agua en la habitación, tiene uno que bajar al loby para tomar agua, el baño sucio, demasiado moho en paredes y piso habitación muy pequeña una mala experiencia. "

"The area is safe and the staff is super friendly. The floor of our room felt gritty and the shower was such a fine mist of water that bathing took quite a while. But we chose not to spend a lot of money, and for the money we spent, it was acceptable. Having coffee right downstairs was a plus!"

"Apparently a dangerous suburb but we had no isses. Secure parking behind a gate. Ladies were super friendly but didnt speak much English. We were in Room 19 which was basic but with a nice big bed and great shower. Power plugs to charge laptop/phones dont have a grounding plug so make sure you plan that. Telephone in phone doesent work. Room was clean and TV worked reasonably well. If you go out and turn left there is a terrific burger place. I got the biggest one for 95MXN or if you go right...

"They offer parking but it is on the street and much later they tell you that the parking is someone else's and they are not responsible. The shower does not work, the bathroom smells bad, there is a lot of noise during the night and it does not look at all like the images they publish, the rooms are very small and with poor hygiene"

"To park your car you have to walk 5 minutes and the clerk has to open the gate every time. Hotel is on a very busy and noisy street. Not recommended if you want to get some sleep at night."

"This is a very inexpensive room in a non-descript area. Value? Sure. But far, far from how it's visually depicted. Tiny room. Very cold at night. Understaffed, friendly but sloppy because you don't get the feeling they'd know decent if they saw it. If Hotels.com includes a lot of disappointing experiences like this, I'll think twice."
