"결론, 호텔이 아닙니다. 생활숙박형 콘도로 생각하시면 됩니다. -장점: 신축으로 비교적 깨끗함. 모바일 앱 통한 비대면 체크인/아웃으로 편리하며 도어 비번 수령 가능함. 냉장고 비교적 큼. -단점: 이틀째부터 청소서비스, 생수서비스 없음. 모두 추가 비용 지불해야함. 수건은 프론트에 별도 요청하면 작은타월은 제공해줌. 지하주차공간 부족하여 옥외주차공간 이용경우 많음. 트윈룸인데 실내 화장대(거울, 긴테이블)없음. 실내슬리퍼 없음. 호텔건축규정 아니여서인지 층간 소음(발망치) 매우 심함. 세제외 어메니티 없음. 20층 건물임에도 엘베 3대뿐! -의견: 호텔로서 1박이면 괜찮으나, 2박 이상시 다시 이용할 의사 없음. 처음부터 콘도형을 원하신다면 괜찮아요. "
