"フロント横の駐車場が満車の為に裏の駐車場に車を停めたが、何故かフロントや部屋への通路階段が鍵で閉ざされており、非常に不便だった。車から下ろす荷物等もあるのに非常に大変だった。裏の駐車場に停めた方は、皆が思っているはず。必ず改善するべき。 また、フロントの人によりますが非常に親切丁寧な方と、案内等にに親切丁寧が非常に欠けすぎている人との差が激しい。不愉快だし、せっかくの評価が落ちてしまう。残念で仕方ない。"

The owners of the establishment reminded me of my grandmother. You are not getting a hotle with this stay more of a B&B, it definitely felt like I a was sleeping over a japanese grandma's house.
