"This was a very cute boutique hotel in a residential neighborhood. It was a very short walk from the train station so it was convenient traveling from Osaka. It was charming and very reasonable for me, my husband and son. The room had 3 beds and everything we needed. So glad we stayed here and would stay again. The hot beverage machine in the lobby was very nice. The staff was very nice, too."

Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs. What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...

"For people that love to walk around quiet, not people crowded area. This is the place to go! Restaurants and gift shops are only about a 10 min walk and also a bus stop about the same walk! Very friendly and all cleaned up every day my lady and I went out to explore or eat out! Will come back if ever decide to come back to Japan!"

"This hotel is amazing 👍. All the receptionist is very kind and helpful. The location is amazing, near Sakae Street (Shopping Street), near Subway Station. And they even gave free rental bike which is great cause Nagoya has a flat lane, so it was fun to bike riding in Nagoya. Will comeback again to this hotel if I come back to Nagoya 👍👍👍"

"Booked a non-smoking room but upon check in, only a smoking room was available. This is basically the only time I will complain about anything because no matter how much mystery spray is used, a smoking room is a smoking room."
