"Our stay at the Best Western Americana was overall quite pleasant. The room was spacious and was newly renovated. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was helpful. The breakfast was okay, on our first day the eggs were kind of dry, but the staff assisted with that and rectified it. The breakfast area is kind of small, but we weren't there for very long so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I felt that this was a good hotel and I would stay there again."

"The staff was amazing. Coffee was constantly being filled without having to tell the staff. The check in process was smooth. I had issues with the laundry facility not being open, but was refunded my quarters. Staff was great! No issues with them, but the bathroom curtains smelled and the bed sheets smelled. "

"Really nice clean place to stay at a good price. We chose this place because of the enclosed pool and the baby crib amenities, not sure what happened but when we checked in and asked for a crib we were told they don’t have any available. The beds are really high and not safe for a baby who is mobile and crawling to sleep on. It’s hard to travel with little ones especially when the hotel lists items available for guests and doesn’t actually have them upon checking in. Overall it is a nice...
