"The place is in the heart of the city so very convenient if you want that access. Extremely inexpensive but still should be clean. The beds were fine however the bathroom / toilet although rinsed had somewhat of a smell. No HoT water which is something hotel.com should note"

"I had a lovely stay! One thing I might recommend, is making the opening times for the bar/breakfast area more visible, there were a few times when we checked for cocktails and it wasn't open. Other than that, 10/10 stay! Thank you very much! "

"Staff unfriendly...sheets, doona in my son's room had sex stains all over them. Reported to staff at 2.10pm...returned at 8pm and still not fixed. Both rooms were old and dirty...when we checked in at 12.00 they tried to say we had 1 room booked...fixed that and then when we came back at 2pm to go to our rooms they once again tried to say we had 1 room booked. We had booked 5 nights and stayed 1! Other people were also upset and leaving. I feel that it is a scam....they want you to leave. ...

"The bungalows are spacious, clean and comfortable with a cozy mattress and linens. You are surrounded by nature where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. It's super easy to park or get a grab /taxi because of the enormous pull in driveway. The pool vibe is chill and has a restaurant next door. Staff is amazing - friendly and always available to assist. This place is a hidden oasis within Ubud."

"This was a wonderful family property and I felt safe and comfortable here. I would say it’s a 2 star hotel and it was affordable. If you have a lot of luggage or if you want to be driven in a car to the door, this is not a place for you. "

"This was a nice quiet part of the island, about 20mins from Ubud proper. If you have rented scooters you'll be fine! Basic facilities with staff mostly unfindable and a very friendly puppy who likes hiding under beds! Small restaurant within walking distance for basic breakfast and spa across the road but transport needed for everything else. Pool was glorious and with only 4 rooms, we were the only users over our weekend It was OK overall, Uber into town and back easy enough"

"Did not post no ac in room. Ceiling fan small and could not open windows for air circulation. Then charged me extra to move to room w/ ac. Should have put rooms without ac upstairs so at least you could get a breeze. Stained sheets towels tub and toilet. Rips in towels and sheets. Only good thing cook made good banana crepes."

Just off the main road in the centre of Ubud this property lies, welcomed by happy, friendly staff willing to help where needed. "The rooms are really dirty, the bathrooms are pretty disgusting and our bed sheets had mold on them. I felt really bad for the workers who were there when we checked in but we ended up having to leave because the conditions of the room were just really awful and the owners seem very aware of it. "
