"We arrived at the hotel and we got shouted at by the person at the desk’s that we were too early to check in. We pleaded to leave our luggage as we have been travelling other countries. We were told in a passive aggressive way that there was no room to leave any luggage etc. After a while , there was a humanity in this person and let us leave the luggage in the hallway somewhere. We didn’t get back to the hotel until 8pm which then another person was at the desk. After so much negotiation we got...

"We had a two single beds room below the ground floor, staff was really great, very helpful and friendly. Very close to the main train stations which we used for travel in London, around the UK, and to Paris, so staying so close was a plus. Rooms and hallways were small, and entirely stairs-based so no access for wheelchair users (did not apply to us). Overall very simple but very clean and a place to rest your head; it’s good choice on a budget."

"Dirty place, broken washroom, very low pressure shower. Only the location is good."

"My stay was short and good. The staff was friendly & helpful my only thing was the card kept having to get repin"

"Great location by St Pancras, British Library, etc. We old people were given a ground floor rather than third floor room without asking. The room was beautifully cleaned and refreshed on the second day. Staff are all brilliant. A reasonable cost for the room. The area is vibrant but not noisy. We highly recommend this hotel. A little jewel in the crown that is London."

"We hebben een goed verblijf gehad, de ligging is perfect, het hotel is meer dan prima. De kamer was niet groot maar zag er netjes uit. En totaal geen geluidsoverlast ervaren. Helaas was het restaurant en het ontbijtrestaurant gesloten wegens verbouwing. En dat terwijl we met ontbijt hadden geboekt. Restitutie van de ontbijtkosten moesten we met expedia regelen, dat hebben we gedaan en die zijn er nu mee aan de slag."
