Firstly the fire-door down the hall would announce the comings and goings or hotel guests with a bang, at all hours of the night which didn't help us sleep. The second thing was the hotel staff could not repair the hotel in my room, they offered to change the room, but do you really want to move once you've unpacked? "I appreciated the location and quality of the room for the price. A/C was a bonus and shower room was fitted out to a good standard. I was on business so was disappointed that I couldn't even borrow and iron/ironing board - seems like a no-brainer to open this hotel up to a market of people who like having freshly iron attire (not limited to business travellers!). For this reason, I am unlikely to stay again."

"Horrible hotel. No top sheet just duvet. Whole room apx. 150 square feet. Had to sit on bed to do anything. Has 2 doors to get in room which is incredibly difficult to do. Bathroom shower is apx 24 in. by 24 in. Can't turn around because of placement of shower wand. Rain head is stupid because you can't turn it on without getting hit with cold water. No hooks to hang things just 3 hangers in a closet between the two entry doors. No washcloths. Amazed they didn't have any. Amazed they didn't know...

"The apartment is convenient to transportation. We mainly spent evenings/nights in the apartment to rest, bathe, and sleep. The cold water faucet in the bathroom was broken and we had to wash hands and teeth in the kitchen sink or bathtub. The mattresses were everything but comfortable. The springs left us hurting each day we were there. We arrived two hours after check-in time and the cleaning person was still vacuuming. Location is a plus, comfort is a negative for this property."
