8/10 Good

"The hotel is beautiful and an amazing location. The breakfast was incredible! We had a really quiet room. The only issue is that our room was supposed to be with two beds. We arrived and there was a playpen in our room (weird) and it was a queen. We asked for two beds but they said they upgraded us to a room with a window so it was just one bed. They did eventually move the playpen. I wish we could have had no window and two beds. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown was but other than that the hotel was fabulous!"

Best Western Victoria Palace

"Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was okay but the eggs were rubbery, bacon and sausage was dried out. Yogurt was on the warm side. Our room was nice but didn't expect to have to climb a flight of stairs that was very narrow. The staff took care of us by bringing our luggage up and back down from the room. It was located in an area where we could walk to some attractions."

"This was an excellent place to stay! We thought it was a very central location and could walk to everything. The underground was about 10 minutes walking away. And the Indian restaurant around the corner was phenomenal! The room was very nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend this hotel and will come back when we visit London!"

"Excellent location in central London, easy to walk around or hop on public transport. Lovely area in Belgravia and into Chelsea to wander and soak up the ambience. We were attending a show in the Victoria Palace theatre so it was perfect for us. We felt very safe walking back to the hotel at night after the show. The room was clean and well equipped. There was a certain level of exterior noise that is to be expected in central London but generally it was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the centre of town."

"Very handy location. Bedding was clean and there was a fan in the room. Breakfast was nice, cereal, cooked breakfast (fried or boiled eggs, baked beans and chicken sausage), toast with selection of jams/marmalade. Only thing that knocked off a star was that the shower cubicle leaked and looked quite shabby but for the price overall was really good."

10/10 Excellent

"The concierge was incredible! He gets a 10. The waitstaff and bartenders were about a 6. There was virtually no closet. It was only deep enough for three dresses. It was the strangest closet I’ve ever seen. The location is excellent for getting around though. I would probably stay there again."
