The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the metro. Although the rooms are quite small, it is perfect for a stay of one or two days.

Wonderful staff

Hotel was lovely. The receptionist Jaideep was brilliant. He was so helpful. Needed extra towel which he provided. He was also very polite and humble. I am sure he is a good asset to holiday inn Victoria branch.

Comfortable, good location and breakfast

The staff was really great. Polite, accommodating, and happy to help. I was impressed by the complimentary breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans, cereal, porridge, granola, fruit, teas, coffees, and more. We were put in the lower ground floor room 101. It was a spacious room with a standard bed and pull-out couch. The room was fine, although a bit dated. The only thing that bothered me is that the large windows opened up to a bricked area that seemed like it could be accessed by anyone, and I wasn't confident in the window locks.

The room was very small. No room even for a chair or drawers, it was smaller than a room on a cruise ship. we had to live out of our suitcases, and we even had trouble finding floor space for them. we booked for 5 days. knowing that ,you would have thought the management would have given us a better room. we stayed 1 night in the Holiday Inn in Heathrow. A superior hotel, with lots of room and at half the price. I know this Hotel is in a prime location and in my opinion is only good for one or two nights at most.

Small room and poor value for money

We have stayed with this chain before and did not realise it would be so crampt given that without Hotels.com it cost in excess of £170 for a night. Perfectly planned to get as much squeezed into the room as possible, but little circulation space. An unsafe placement of a safe and small luggage stand by the side of the bed. Making the use of the facilities in the darkness hazardous without waking one's partner. You could see why there was no chair in the room, there just was not the room. How anyone would cope with a full size suitcase and clothes is questionable. In terms of cleanliness and the facilities; there was a cobweb to the left of the mirror. The shower needs re-proofing with sealant as it leaked. This in turn made the use of the toilet a wet experience (in terms of clothing) for the unsuspecting users! Not a good experience given we have always enjoyed previous stays with this chain. Certainly not value for money even at London's prices.
