"Really good property in a really good location. I didn’t eat or drink here but the facilities looked great. My only complaint is a common one which is when checking in you need to provide ALL your details again on an iPad. It’s always a bit frustrating when there’s someone behind you and you’ve already provided them all on Expedia. I assume they don’t share this with the hotel."

"A perfect location and fabulous stay for our first visit to London. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, and other highlights. Only items to note are they don’t provide faceclothes and the shower was very narrow. My elbows hit the walls when I was shampooing my hair and my husband could not bend over inside the shower to pick up the soap he dropped. Just something to note for long limbed or larger bodied people. Absolutely would stay here again as the location and cleanliness was all that matters to me."

"We stayed in Bower House which is just round the corner. Our room was right at the top of the property which was fine for us but people need to be mindful of the stairs. The ceiling roof sloped so if you're tall remember to duck. Although there's no air con a portable unit had been put in the room. There's no restaurant on site but there's information in the room to order in. If you want breakfast then there's a card in the room to tick what you want and leave outside the door the night before. There is a restaurant just across the road which has a limited evening menu but the food is really good, we had breakfast there as well"

"Location is amazing! You honestly cannot get a better location. Right across the street from Buckingham Palace, 20 min walk to London Eye, Westminster Abby, 30 min walk to Piccadilly Circus. The staff are so great. Very kind and helpful. The only downfall is the room was very small for a family of 4. I don’t know that I would necessarily call it a “family suite”. It was difficult to move around the room because the cot and pull out were right in the middle of the room leaving only a narrow space and each end to get by. Would stay here agin for sure!"
