I liked that the hotel was on a quieter street and a nice neighbourhood. Restaurants and a grocery store were nearby. It was within walking distance to some of the tourist attractions.

The room was quiet and clean. Staff were very helpful. Its in a great location to the Victora train station and tube. Also, about 2 blocks away from the victoria bus station. The only disadvantage was not having a small fridge in the room.

Cozy little hotel in the heart of London.

This hotel was lovely. The room was cozy. Beds were comfortable. The staff was amazingly helpful and smiling every time we walked in. Our best stay so far on this trip.

Excellent Boutique Hotel

Was a bit nervous about room size after reading some reviews. However, there was no issue at all. Hotel is quaint and well decorated size of room was bigger than I get in other parts of UK never mind London/ Great location just minutes from multiple restaurants and pubs

For my trip, it was convenient, well priced and nicely presented. The website still says that a continental breakfast is on offer, which is no longer the case, but other than that, this was an excellent hotel - beautifully clean, really pleasant staff, well located and I liked my room very much - lots of space in the room albeit that the en suite was quite compact. I would stay here again
